Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at shop@steelfest.fi. Returns must always be approved in advance and sent to the address provided in our reply. We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that if a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, this is not considered a return. In such cases, we will charge a €25 handling and return fee due to the costs incurred.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to modify the delivery details.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods.

ALL TICKETS are non-returnable. NO exceptions.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Terms of delivery for ticket sales
By purchasing an event ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

All tickets are non-refundable after purchase, except as required by applicable law.

When you purchase tickets to Steelfest events, the ticket(s) will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Steelfest (Steel LS Oy) is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or otherwise inaccessible after delivery.

You must be 18 years or older to attend the event. Proof of age may be required at the entrance for all ticket types.

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, schedule, and lineup. Tickets are sold subject to these rights, and changes do not entitle the customer to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Each ticket contains a unique barcode/QR code. If a ticket is duplicated, whether by error or misuse, only the first scanned ticket will be accepted, regardless of the original purchaser.

In the event of a full cancellation of the festival, customers are entitled to request a refund from the original point of purchase within one (1) month after the scheduled event date. Refunds apply only to the ticket price. No additional costs (such as travel or accommodation expenses) will be reimbursed.

Only the original ticket purchaser is entitled to request a refund.

Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms and their interpretation are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms or the contractual relationship shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled by the Helsinki District Court as the court of first instance.

Validity
These terms enter into force on 02.07.2022 and remain valid until further notice. By purchasing a ticket, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms.
